GOLDEN TICKET COMPETITION
Terms and Conditions

This competition (“Competition”) is organised by Cotswold Country Fair whose registered office is at The Bathurst Estate Office, Cirencester Park, Cirencester, GL7 2BU.

The Competition is only open using the Competition entry form on the Promoter’s website, www.cotswoldshow.co.uk to people aged 18 or over who are resident in the UK.

The Competition is not open to employees or contractors of the Promoter, or any other person involved directly or indirectly with the organisation of this Competition, their family members or any member of their households.

All requested details must be entered on the competition registration form to enter the competition. The Promoter may, at its discretion, disqualify incomplete or fraudulent entries.

The winner will be selected at random from all entries which were entered via the Promoter’s website. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The competition will close on 4th July 2008. The Promoter will not accept any further entries to the Competition beyond this date.

Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter may substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.
The Promoter may use any winner’s name, image and Competition entry to announce the winner of this Competition and for any related promotional purposes.

Winners of the Competition will be announced on the Promoter’s website at www.cotswoldshow.co.uk and notified by e-mail on 8th July2008. Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize by replying to the email within 7 days of this date.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered by any person (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of entering this Competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
