Event Mobility Charitable Trust will be providing electric scooters and manual wheelchairs for the use of disabled, elderly and mobility impaired visitors to the show.

The charity requests a donation of £20 for the use of an electric scooter and £10 for a manual wheelchair for the day.

To reserve an electric scooter or manual wheelchair either print out the form below, or an advance booking form from our website www.eventmobility.org.uk or contact the office on 01386 725391 to request a form to be posted to you. Please be aware that advance bookings cannot be made by phone.

Accessibility

There are accessible lavatories suitable for wheelchair users by the public bar and by the public entrance from the car park.

In good weather there should be no trouble using wheelchairs on the ground, but please bear in mind the show takes place in fields within Cirencester Park rather than on a man-made surface.

The surface will be uneven in all weathers and in wet weather it may be difficult for people with reduced mobility to move around.

Accessible parking for disability badge holders has been reserved at the front of the parking area – please let the stewards know you need this parking when you arrive.

There are seats around the arenas and in the food area. Exhibitors will also have places to sit – just ask them!
